Mushroom cultivation has been building interest among growers across the state—with it’s high demand among local markets and restaurants, high profit margin, and small space intensive cultivation. It ain’t easy, though—growers need to make a commitment to learning and applying the science and art involved. This Wichita workshop will offer an opportunity to learn the basics to make a decision about getting started in mushroom production.
